Steve and Thapanne would like to Welcome you to their warm and friendly family run Guest House, where we hope you will have a pleasurable and memorable stay. All our Bedrooms are located on the Ground Floor and have en-suite shower facilities. Towels and soap are also provided for you. Our 3 Deluxe rooms have a patio/seating area overlooking the garden but everybody can enjoy the grounds. We also have deluxe doubles, standard doubles, Basic Twins and Standard Single Rooms. Walk around our 3 acres of Landscaped Gardens, with Pear, Apple and Plum Trees. Feel free to bring your own picnic. Enjoy a Hearty English Breakfast with Tea, Coffee or Orange Juice in our Dining Room, which is included in the room rate. Served Mon-Fri 0630-9.00 and Weekends 08.00-10.00. Latest check in time is 9pm strictly. Excellent long term rates available. There is a friendly local Village Pub The Unicorn within a couple of minutes walk serving Food and Cask Ales with occasional entertainment. Meals from only £4.95. Foxwood is Ideally located in the village of Carlton, approximately 1 mile from Rothwell and midway between Leeds and Wakefield. A 10 minute drive in any direction will take you to either City Centres. Leeds is an excellent place for shopping. Visit Brand new Trinity Leeds or why not call in at Harvey Nichols and have lunch in their 4th floor Cafe. Take in a show at the Grand Theatre ending with the Fantastic nightlife Leeds has to offer. Take a walk down Greek Street or The Calls and enjoy the many bars there are on offer.
